Broadband Reports down again??

I got a redirect to www3.dslreports.com, which has a note at the top:

Sunday march 13 AM - We apologize for the page loading slowness due to an ongoing DDOS attack. Site tools (speed tests and so on) are currently disabled.

gives a 'Connection refused' error! Is it some maintenance/upgrade issue, a failure, or are they suffering from a DOS attack?

has been down for several days. It is back online now (Sunday, 03/13) but there is a note that "site tools (speed tests and so on) are currently disabled. Page response may not always be snappy. Geeks are at work.". No explanation of why the site was down.
