Glands for ready-made patch cords

We have media converters inside standard metal electrical enclosures. All t= he cables entering the enclosure are fed through standard IP55 glands at gl= and plate at the bottom of the enclosure. What is the standard practice for feeding fiber patch cords into such enclo= sures? A gland that can cope with the connector will not typically close do= wn to the size of the cable. Further, duplex FO patch cords are not circula= r in section (they are two circles bonded), so the gland cannot seal. How is this problem solved? I suspect some kit or standard part that I can'= t find despite extensive searching. Regards, Aleksander
