I need a 24-port gigabit switch to work in a quiet office environment. I've read reviews of the most popular switches that suggest that they have very loud fans. Does anyone know of one which is quiet?

What is your definition of quiet?
Does the switch need to be a managed switch, or would an unmanaged switch suffice?
The unmanaged 1400-24G has no fan:
