Where can I find the best way/guide for network design?

Hi gents my skills in switching are quite poor and I hoped that some one could tell me the best cisco module, or the best way to get a good switching configuration.

My network infrastructure is :

2x nokia ip350 (balanced) 9x catalyst 2650 2x catalyst 3550 2x catalyst 2960G

I have 3 VLANS, they comunicate by the nokia checkpoint. I need 3 switches to place all my servers, the rest of them are for users.

So I hope some one can tell me about documentation/tools to re-plan this structure.

Cisco have a number of "Reference Network Design Guides" on CCO.

Look for the Campus one.

It discusses networks much larger that yours appears to be but the ideas are applicable to networks of all sizes.
