how to put guests visiting company, which I work for, directly to a particular VLAN when they connect to the switch? The criteria should be DHCP requests coming from that PCs I want to be on that VLAN?
I have a Catalyst 2948G and a 4006.

You could implement that using VMPS or dot1x. IMHO, it would probably be better (more secure) to use dot1x to put "your" hosts in some company VLAN and to leave other hosts in guest VLAN.
