What giverns the Vix.x sequence.
We seem to get Vi2.1 Vi2.2 Vi2.3 etc etc to Vi2.78
and then Vi3 Vi4
What governs this and why x.x sequence numbers to x sequence formats ?
Is there a limit set somewhere?
