i need to restore default password on a WS-SVC-FWM-1-K9 IN THE NEXT 15 MINUTES.

A couple of notes for the future:

1) Posting the common name as well as the part number helps a fair bit. It can be difficult sometime to track by part number, and very few of us can immediately identify most of the different cisco items by part number and know them more readily by common name. 2) If you have something urgent like this, then call Cisco and open a priority 1 support call. You can't count on a usenet message arriving anywhere within any particular time-frame, let alone happening to arrive at somewhere where someone knows the answer and has time to respond immediately.
