Transfer from voicemail prompt

We have installed Cisco Call Manager Express with Unity Express. We are wondering how to allow users calling in to dial an alternate extension if the one they are calling goes to voicemail. For instance they call extension 4000, but nobody answers and it goes to voicemail. They want to try 4001 without pressing zero for the operator. Thanks, Joe
