throttle per ip in ip range

Hi,

I have a query regarding throttling. Let say for example I want ANY user coming from ip range 10.10.0.0 to only have 64k PER USER. I know how to throttle the entire range 10.10.0.0 to a specific amount - like 256k for example but I would like to assign every single user from a particular IP range a set amount of bandwidth

eg: ip range 10.10.0.0 user 10.10.125.100 -- 64k user 10.10.100.240 -- 64k user 10.10.x.x -- 64k

Is it possible to do this so that every user from a particular IP range gets

64k or 128k bandwidth and nothing more.

Yes, you can do this with rate limiting if your device supports it.
