SIP Device behing PIX 501

I am having a problem with a SIP phone behing the PIX 501 using the broadvoice service. I can make calls fine but the problem is receiving calls. Sometimes I will and sometimes I wont. Most of the times it wont receive the call. I am asuming that it is because the PIX is blocking some traffic. Here is my pix config: Any ideas what other rules I should add?
