Sorry it's a pix 506 E with PDM Version 3.0(3) PIX Version 6.3(4)
ACL access-list outbound deny tcp any any eq 8074
access-list out2in deny ip 217.17.41.82 255.255.255.255 any access-list out2in deny ip 217.17.41.84 255.255.255.255 any access-group out2in in interface outside
