router cisco 775 and POTS problems

Hi, we have two used cisco 775, router isdn with two POTS service; one router works with this software version:



Software Version c760-in.crxd.NET3 4.4(7) - Jun 9 2003 12:17:43 Cisco 775 ISDN Stack Revision NET3 2.10 ... Hardware Configuration: DRAM: 1.5MB Flash: 1.0MB POTS: Type 2 (Rev. 73-1812-05-C0) NT1: Not Installed ROM: 2.1(2)



Other router is similar even on hardware configuration where: POTS: Not Installed



so has no vocal service configurable



ideas?

Hello Gianluca,

what is the software version on that second router ? I think there were some units shiped with the wrong software, yours might be one of those...
