Route Target

If PE use a VRF with Route Target set, can a CE do no use the BGP's Route Target?

I suppose you want to send VRF routes from PE to the attached CE throught BGP? If so, you would establish a regular PE-CE BGP session and its plain communities (as opposed to Multiprotocol BGP and its extended communites -- aka route targets.)

Chances are I misanderstood your need though. Would you clarify? :-)
