Hi Guys.
I am trying to use USB to serial console to Cisco 25xx, but i dont get anything back from the screen? When i used back the serial console, it works fine!. Any idea?

What is the make of the converter?
Not all converters will work but I know of the ones that have "Prolific" chipsets that work well. Have a look on Ebay there should be loads and some will mention support for break sequences that work for password recovey.

Are you using the correct com port?
Change Port Settings (change to COM1) or use other com port

I did toggle between COM3 and COM4, i used both sCRT and Hyperterm, but still wouldnt work. thanks!

ya, it is com3, but after trying a few times and even reinstalling the driver, but still, cant work.
