Running a pix 515 software version 6.3(4). Just started getting Treo's in the company and we're setting up Exchange 2003 SP2 with the push email technology. We're having intermittent problems with it and are receiving activesync 3033 errors in the event log...according to Microsoft, the solution for these errors is "We recommend that you increase the firewall time-out values for HTTP(S) requests to the Exchange Server Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync virtual directory. The method that you use to increase the firewall time-out values depends on which firewall product you use."
The timeouts we have on the PIX are as follows:
