PIX 515E with Failover...failing!

My scenario:


2x PIX 515E ver.7.2.1 with failover active-active


The problem; every 3 to 5 hours (more or less) the active PIX fails....and the other takes control.



This is something continuos; after X hours the active one fails and the other takes controls; I can see the fail with the sh failover command but cannot see why its failing.



any idea to check why my PIX are failing?

I have no idea why your PIX are failing, but syslog is your key to understanding. Set up a syslog server and configure your PIX to tell you why they think they are failing. Once you know that, you can try to determine what is actually wrong.
