PB with cisco cable

Hi,

I have an x25 machine.

When i use wic 1T with db60 - X21 cable -> OK When i use wic 2T with smart serial cable X21 cable -> interface and line protocol is down

Config on interface is the same.

If i connect my wic 2T to another cisco router, it works.

Does anyone has face this ?

Do a "show controller" and see if you are DCE or DTE, if your DCE you will have to provide clock rate i.e

conf-int# clock rate 64
