OER Problems

Running c1700-sy7-mz.124-11.T.bin on a 1721 dsl (atm0.1) and T1 (se0) are the external interfaces

After bringing the dsl link down and back up, a) phone traffic, i.e. traffic coming through interface FastEthernet0.2 did not go out the remaining serial (T1) link b) oer was left in an enabled but inactive state until I did
