Greetings gang, I have a PIX 515e 6.3.4 connecting to a vendor with a SonicWall.
The Tunnel shows QM_IDLE; however, I CAN NOT pass traffic from a host machine to his network until the other admin has pinged my host.
Once the tunnel goes down, I can ping his machine all day long and the tunnel will pass traffic, but the moment he pings my machine, I can start to ping his.
We are doing group 2, DES - SHA. The other admin said he had this problem with another Cisco Pix (he has the sonicwall) and remedied it by changing the no-xauth and no-config-mode, but this didn't help me.
Any help would be great. The only thing along an error I see is: #pkts no sa (send) 35, #pkts invalid sa (rcv) 0
