MPLS design tutorials

I am new to MPLS and our company will be converting our frame to mpls soon. Frame network is ok but whoever designed it, didn't do a good job and there are a few things that carried over the years. I don't think my boss will do a very detailed study on how to migrate, she just heard is good and 'fast' and it'll help our voip system.

What's a good place or source of info that shows a conversion path an requirements for implementing an mpls network?

something similar in content as this (for frame)

'll see if I can buy the book from cisco about designing an mpls network
