e3 line flapping

can we get the show controller t3 and show interface when this happens? the controller goes down first and points to a layer 1 issue.

Hello,

i have a PA-MC-E3 module in a 7206 which is flapping. clock source was checked, line was checked with the local telco, module was replaced with a new one. I'm starting to run out of ideas. Can anyone help what may cause this?

On Tue, 23 Aug 2005, it was written:

unfortunately no, because the flap comes and goes, within around 1 sec. i can not log in and issue show commands in time :/

our telco was investigating this problem and gave it back that it's not a layer 1 problem. and i don't have proof that says the opposite, to make them re-test.
