Due to one vendors software limitations I can only creaet IP in IP tunnels. I need to create them all back to one point (think hub and spoke). The hub is a 7206.
Is there a way to have the tunnels dynamicailly created or am I going to need to create about 100 tunnel interfaces on the 7206?

I don't believe there is any dynamic way of creating these tunnels for the situation you describe. You will need to manually configure the tunnel interfaces that you need.

I am not sure what the nature of the restriction is that you are working with. *Maybe* Dynamic Multipoint VPN (DMVPN) would be an option in the situation?
