Is it possible to use two interfaces on an ASA 5510, each connected to a different DSL line to an ISP, to get increased bandwidth, bonding the two together. If so, how is it done.

Not on the ASA. Possible on routers.
and the same command set than on 1800, 2800 (alpmost)
