Is there anyway I can disconnect a user which is logged into a router? Such as when I issue the "sh users" command.

clear the vty line that the user is logged in on
router> clear line vty X
You need to be enabled to do it (or have the right privileges set for your level).

router# clear line vty X
because you have to be enabled to do it.
