I've looked through all the documentation and of all the things the Cisco VPN Client 3.x installation allows you do to with customizing the vpnclient.ini & oem.ini files, it doesn't have anything that lets you drop a shortcut icon on the user's desktop.
Is there a way, during a silent install, to drop the a particular profile's shortcut on the Windows desktop? Would I have to deconstruct Installshield to make this happen?
