Dear Master :



I got a problem , twos sides use cisco 5300 as below:

B user can hare A user's voice , otherwise A user can't get B user's voice. the specification in As5300(b) as below: What's maina command can fix or find out the problem ? or upgrade firmware ?

Hi Sam,

This issue is described in Cisco bug ID CSCdu73881.

The IP phone user experiences one-way audio after a remote H.323 or Session Initiation Protocol ( SIP ) device sends the Voice over IP ( VoIP ) gateway a Hold, Transfer, or Re-invite message.

Disable the voice-fastpath hidden global configuration command, using the syntax no voice-fastpath enable.

Note: This is a hidden command and it is enabled by default.

Also, be aware of Cisco bug ID CSCdu38797.

This bug causes one-way voice to return after the gateway is reloaded. See this bug ID listing for Cisco IOS=AE Software Releases with the bug fix integrated.
