I am investigating some option in regards to deployment consideration for Cisco NAC L3 IP. In some Cisco doc's it's stated that the IOS has to be Adv IP services. Is this still true today ?
When we speak of NAC, there is L3 and L2 NAC, but which devices can do what ? i.e. can all L3 do L2 NAC or ?
Especially, can a Catalyst6500Sup720 do L3 NAC ?
Any input on what to consider are also very welcome.
