What's the best way to setup 2620 (Version 12.2(13)T) with load balanced 2xT?. I basically need to aggregate 2 T1 to get a total bandwidth of 3Mbps (from the same provider).

Look into Multilink PPP
How about 2 T1 with Cisco Express Forwarding?
Bond them if the carrier is capable. CEF if they aren't/won't.
