I currently have a single shdsl line and am looking at upgrading to a bonded service terminating at a Cisco 1841.
So far I have been unable to find any in depth information on just how to set up the router to handle the 2 lines.
Anybody have any experience?

Yes. You could (would need to, I think) run Multilink PPP (MPPP).
I have no experience. The normal consumer type ADSL suppliers do not normally do it as far as I know.
Here is one that does (in the UK).
Not me. MPPP is good though, done a bit of lab work with it.
