I will be sitting the CCDA next week. In studying I have found conflicting answers to some questions - "Which factor is a social requirement that will help to identify current & future needs of your customer as you develop a new design plan?"
- one answer says " The use of the network by its users as it relates to investors"
- another answer is "Improved customer support services"
"why can a VOIP call go off net earlier than designed?" (2 answers)
- one source says on "the local voice gateway sends back busy signal" and "the user dials an access code"
- other one says "busy signals sent from the remote voice gateway" and "server running Call manager has high utilization"
Has anyone got the definitive answers? TIA,Ned
