Aironet Bridge and Buffers, could they resolve MPEG4 video issues?

I have (2) Aironet 1400's with a video archiving server at one and and

4 video cameras connected to an encoder at the other end. From what I can see the video is transmitted using a broadcast to 224.x.x.x in MPEG4 format. On the receiving end video looks dark except for areas wher there is movement which then become normal color. Vendor says I need to open the buffers on the bridge but I have never heard of this.

Thanks

Try having your video server put more pauses between its network writes, to smooth out its transmission bursts. For example, if you're outputting a 500kbps stream, rather than write 500kb and wait for a second, try writing 10kb then wait for 20ms.
