Is it possible to interrogate the CCM database for information of phone numbers, users, location, etc?
I would like to create a corporate telephone list for people to search on instead of editing the list manually on our intranet.

Check this link (you have to have CCO account). In the "Voice Technology" drop-down menu select the "CallManager AXL SOAP API". It has all information required to develop your own application for a CallManager.

Thanks for this link, I've read through the docs as best I can and they only give info on using C/C++ or Java, I dont have the skills to use either, are you (or anyone else) able to confirm if I'm able to use ASP/HTML to get info from the CCM DB?
