Is there a sim that can take me from CCNA through to CCIE lab prep? I dont want to purchase something which will only work for certain levels and would rather have just the 1 for all.

Currently there is no sim that will work for CCIE preparation. The level of complexity required does not exist in a sim at this time and probably never will unless Cisco released something.
