Probleme to console a 2519

Hello,

I just owned a 2519. I habitually work on more recent routers (2600). I m not able to administer the router. I m using a Cisco standard cable and the good parameters for hyperterminal (with "standard" and "good parameters" i mean that with this cable and this parameters it works with the 2600). => I dont think it is the cable or an hyperterminal parameter.

The Led "NMS" from the console module is green, but the led "IN BAND" is not green. I made a reset but no difference.

Any idea ?

Plug it into the AUX port.... See if you can get in, if so, check the Config register... change it back to 0x2102

It is the cable, because the console port was a completely different pinout, you will need to make a custom cable.
