I'm studying OSPF, and going through a Packet Tracer lab with 3 routers connected to a switch.
I've configured the routers, they have the correct router ID's, DR/BDR. However, the routers are stuck in the EXSTART state.
I've turned on debug ip ospf adj. The routers are sending DBD, but not receiving anything.
Any hints?
According to the lab book, they should be in FULL state at this point.
