Hi, took the JNCIA(M) some months ago. I took the Sybex-book for preparation; this seems to be sufficient. The test itself was -in my opinion- maybe a little bit easier than CCNA. Learn the Sybex-book and if you can do the practice-test on the Book-CD, you should be safe.
