This simulator is very cool!! Using it to extend out my existing physical network.
Using VMware server on a Linux in my lab here at home that has four network interfaces in it. Built out three 1gig memory Linux virtual machines each with 2 network interfaces, one as a management interface and the other bridged/connected over to a part on my physical lab network. From there I have the Dynamips routers connecting out the vmware interface connecting into my physical network. This is going to be able to give a whole bunch more options on labs!
