Does anyone have the patch from the Cisco Press website for the ICND study guide? I've downloaded it many times from different connections, but it will not run on any computer I try it on.

Are you talking about the PDF file?
There is a link to a 69MB file on the website that updates the exam engine and the NetSim system.
Never mind though - I got an e-mail from Cisco Press and they've fixed the problem.
