surboard sb5101 log

Can anyone tell me what these log entries mean? I've had 7 comcast techs out to fix my up and down issues. None of the techs know what the entries mean. Phone support from comcast said the entries are from Motorola talk to them. Motorola said the entries in the log come from Comcast.

All I know is that T3 timeout can't be good!

Please Help....
