Anyone knows where to buy this Rex Plus thief deterrent device in Toronto? or even a Canadian web site? (wanna lower the shipping and duty if possible)

Are these really the same models? The former says: "With his radar eyes, Rex Plus can "see" through thick doors, walls and glass" while the RS one says it uses PIR, which I doubt works through masonry. I'd like to put one of these indoors and it be sensitive to people approaching outside, but I doubt a PIR detector can do that.
