wifi video trasmitting

I am trying to find the proper device which could link my ibm x31' wifi (802.11.b) link to my TV and stereo, I want to trasmit video and sound

Does anyone have ideas, beyond the wireless VGA converters?

It is really nice, but it should be selling for $99.99, not nearly $200.00
