I have a cics 8 x 24 and a callpilot 100. CCR answers all calls. Anywhere from 1-10 times a week a call gets directed to the wrong extension. It is taking the first extension number pressed but reading it twice. For example someone enters extension 230 but they are being routed to 223 instead or 240 goes to 224 etc...This happens randomly. It is not the callers error. I have tested it from numerous land lines and cell phones with a display. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
