Without line of sight, it will be difficult to make 2.4GHz work, especially at 200 meters. Even if you can get a wireless connection, it won't be stable or reliable going through whatever is in between. Lacking a description of your existing equipment or the obstructions, I don't have anything to offer.
I suggest you look into wired or fiber optic alternatives:
Power Line networking:
Phone line networking:
CATV coax sharing:
Ethernet extenders:
(there are others)
Fiber Optic ethernet to fiber media converters:
A non line of site ofdm system.
