range expander

I need to connect two wired LANs in building 260 ft apart - clear line of sight with available glass windows in both buildings. There is a wireless in one building already - 2 rooms away from the window but a wired connection is available by the window.

Any recommendations as to hardware to do this?

Should I go with an external antenna on one or both buildings or try a bridge in both buildings?

Assuming the glass doesn't have metal film, I'd try two bridges, adding higher gain antennas if needed.
