Does anyone know anything about the free Wi Fi in Manchester that is supposed to be available?

Which Manchester? The neighborhood in Pittsburgh? (I remember Philly had some municipal wifi, I don't know if Pittsburgh does too.) Or the city in New Hampshire? Or some other one, like in England or something? There's tons of place called Manchester, I bet; I don't know how many are big enough.

Ah! I was there last month, actually. Some company called The Cloud has launched some thing. They've been busy creating hotzones in Western Europe.
