hello guys, i saw a firmware than allow u to use d-link 2100 on 2.3ghz is there any other one that make u use it on 2.5 or any other even?

I would be interested to know how a firmware change magically allows an off frequency signal to make it through the ceramic bandpass filter located between the diversity switch (antenna) and the RF chip.
