ISPs and VPN

Is there a test I can do on site to see if someone's ISP will support VPN protocols? Or a list somewhere that publishes such a thing (for UK ISPs)?

Hi Rob, Just take demo versions of vpn products from openvpn.com or

formatting link

and test it with your ISPs.
