Working out costings

Hey Group,

Hope you all well?

I wonder if somebody could help me or point me in the right direction?

At present we have around 1300 phones lines, across 24 sites.

Im looking at a VoiceIP system, but before i can proceed I need to go to our managers and directors and show them how it would save us money.

Really I need a spreadsheet or something, to show them costing with and without IP phones etc etc.

Anybody done anything like this? Any links or examples of how to do the above, ideally I would like a nice presentation really.
