I've been calling the UK recently and calls terminated to UK PSTN are very quiet for the receiving party. In other words, I can hear what the UK party says clearly, but the UK party cannot hear clearly what I say into my phone.
It's a Vonage problem, because the phone itself has been tested and is fine. Is anyone experiencing similar issues? Vonage don't seem to be able to do anything about it, and are almost refusing to admit there is a problem with their service.
