I have to Liquidate 900 Avaya 8510T phones. I have had no luck here in the US. Can someone recommend a market for these phones, perhaps a foreign one? Thanks in advance

Try a "lot" sale of say 5 or 10 of them on eBay with a "Reserve Price" to protect your bottom line and see what happens.
If they sell go on from there...
